About Joanne

Joanne was born and raised San Diegan.  Growing up, she was always fascinated with how creative hair can be.  She loved designing hair styles on her family and friends.  After graduating from high school, she took her love for hair to the next level and attended Bellus Academy where she achieved a cosmetology license and even more importantly, recognition, respect and reputation for being an outstanding stylist.  After a few years working at local salons, she realized her passion was for styling  special events especially on location!   Joanne specializes in all sorts of hair styles from updos, half up/down styles, braided,  blowout styles and many other classic and modern styles.   Joanne is highly professional, extremely punctual, a great communicator that can help clients navigate through the styling process and narrow down the styles saving precious time,  always has the most updated products and tools clean and prepped and provides great customer service with an infectious cheerful smile!  Joanne travels anywhere the events take her, primarily servicing in Southern California.   JLS is very lucky to have Joanne join our team!
